Inkling is an AI coaching tool — a thinking partner for self-reflection. It is not a licensed therapist, doctor, or medical provider. Nothing it says is professional advice.

By using Inkling, you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use it.

Eligibility

You need to be 18 or older to use Inkling.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.

Subscription and billing

Inkling is a paid subscription, billed monthly through Stripe. We don’t store your card details — Stripe handles that. You can cancel anytime from Account Settings; you’ll keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. We don’t offer partial refunds.

SMS check-ins

SMS check-ins are optional. You opt in by adding your phone number in Account Settings. When you do, we’ll send a few messages per month, at most — typically a short check-in between sessions and any replies in that conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also remove your number anytime in Account Settings.

What you can’t do

• Use Inkling to harm yourself or others, or in a way that’s abusive, illegal, or fraudulent.
• Resell, scrape, or redistribute Inkling or the responses it generates for you.
• Try to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Use Inkling on behalf of someone else without their knowledge.

No guarantees

Inkling’s responses are generated by AI. They aren’t medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. If you’re in crisis or need professional help, contact a qualified provider. In the US, you can call or text 988for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

We provide Inkling “as is.” We don’t promise it will always be available, accurate, or right for your specific situation.

Termination

We can suspend or end accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service. You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for anything related to Inkling is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Changes

If we update these terms, we’ll change the effective date above. Continued use of Inkling after that means you accept the updated terms.
